Orange Old Fashion Mix

WOW! Just made an Old Fashion with the Orange Mix and smoked with Cinnamon.
I also am using a bourbon instead of whiskey. Used whiskey with the Classic Mix and had to adjust the recipe. No more whiskey for me. Ready to try the other mixes.

Would have like to try product

To date I have never received my order. I was never given a tracking order either.

Hi Lorna, thank you for reaching out and letting us know. Unfortunately once the package leaves our warehouse, we don't have control over the shipment as it's in the carriers hands. We were not notified by UPS of the issues, but we'll file a claim with UPS for the missing package.

After the claim is filed, they will investigate the package's location and make sure it gets to you once they find it. If they're unable to find it, we will have a replacement shipped to you!

I will follow up with you once we hear back from UPS. In the meantime, we will keep an eye on the tracking to see if there's any movement.
