Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, reach out to us at hello@smokeshowmixology.com and we’ll see what we can do to make things right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we may make exceptions to this, but we can offer partial returns on bundle products that are unused and in original condition.
If a product is ordered to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, and is not corrected prior to shipping, we can offer a refund or replacement only in the case that the package is refused by the recipient and returned to us. Smokeshow is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
All purchases must be inspected by the customer within 14 days of delivery to ensure all items ordered were received. If there is a problem after the 14 days, the customer must notify of an issue via email (hello@smokeshowmixology.com) and we will solve all issues on a case by case basis.
Refunds cannot be offered on orders that were marked delivered by the carrier and later lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Email us at hello@smokeshowmixology.com, and we’ll do what we can to resolve any issues. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Each return will be looked at upon a case by case basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds cannot be offered on orders that were marked delivered by the carrier and later lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are functionally defective or damaged at no charge to you.
A note on visual defects:
Our products are handmade and may have minor visual variances from one to another. In the case that there is a minor visual defect that does not otherwise affect the functionality of the product, please reach out to us with photos or a video of the defect. If it is determined to be a major defect, we will work on a return at our expense. If the defect is very minor, we will then offer either a partial store credit, or an exchange in which we will cover the return shipping but ask that the customer cover the shipping for the replacement order.
Due to the nature of our products, we also accept exchanges if you did not enjoy the product. In this case, we cover return shipping and ask that the customer cover shipping on the replacement order.
If you need to exchange your product(s) for the same item(s), email us at hello@smokeshowmixology.com, and we will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions for the exchange.
