We will work our hardest to get orders out as soon as we possibly can. The Shipping timelines above do not apply to items that are labeled as pre-order. 

Domestic orders shipped via Ground standard shipping generally take 1-2 business days to process and arrive within 4-7 business days after your order ships.

Domestic orders shipped via UPS 3 Day Select shipping generally take 1 business day to process and arrive within 3-4 business days after your order ships (Excluding Weekends).

Domestic orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day AIR shipping generally take 1 business day to process and arrives within 2 business days after your order ships (Excluding Weekends).

Domestic orders shipped via UPS NEXT Day AIR shipping generally take 1 business day to process and arrive within 1 business days after your order ships (Excluding Weekends).

International orders shipped via standard shipping generally take 1-2 business days to process and arrive within 15-25 business days after your order ships.

International orders shipped via expedited shipping generally take 1 business day to process and arrive within 10-15 business days after your order ships.

Please note the following:

• Business days do not include holidays or weekends

• Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address or time frame of delivery.

• International orders might take longer than expected, and this will depend on the country of destination and customs laws.

• The date an order ships is the date UPS/USPS/FedEx creates the initial scan, not when the shipment email is sent. There can be a delay of up to 24 hours between receiving the tracking email and UPS scanning the package. 

• Holidays may extend our processing times by up to 3 business days for all shipping services. 

Smokeshow Mixology ships to the United States of America, its territories and possessions, Army Post Offices (APOs), Fleet Post Offices (FPOs), Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO), and the United Nations, NY.
