I have tried simple old fashioned recipes before with mixed results. I have now tried the classic, orange, and maple bacon. They are all amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough. It's incredibly simple and an easy way to make an old fashioned.
I slipped 1/4 oz. of the Maple Bacon mix in a small bottle and went to my favorite bar for Happy Hour, ordered 2oz of my favorite whiskey with a big ice cube, and quietly slipped in the Maple-Bacon Smokeshow. I had my Happy Hour companion taste and watched their face light UP! I then passed on the web site! Old Fashions will never be the same. Next HH will be the Orange!! ( I ordered that too.)
To be able to create a good Old Fashion so quickly makes this no brainer. If you look at the low rated reviews you’ll see that they are mostly due to poor shipping.
Wow! Great mix! Definitely the best I've used and doesn't take much at all to mix with your whiskey. Definitely have a new customer! Great Job!
Have ordered twice in the last couple of weeks…first, 4 bottles of syrup followed by a starter set a week or so later. Unlike other reviews to the contrary, both orders came within a week of placing the order. Particular props to shipping dept, the starter set was packed so well it could have been dropped from a bridge and it wouldn’t have broken! Now looking forward to trying them!
I'm surprised how little you need to use to make the perfect old fashioned. Just a small amount more or less can really change the flavor profile to your preference as well! Brought it to a party yesterday along with my drink smoker kit and I was the hit of the party, everybody loved the Smokeshow Old Fashioned's!
I received my mix last Friday. I usually don’t drink when I have to get up a 3:30am but I had to give it a try. Definitely worth it. The best mixer I’ve had.
I thought I would give this a shot and I am glad I did. This is so good. It was nice to be able to adjust it as needed.

Quality metal, perfect measurement
Really happy with the taste of the old fashioned mix. Friends and family have been very complimentary of the taste of my old fashions with this mix, and especially when using a nice rye whiskey. Love the convenience this mix provides. Perfect old fashioned in minutes.
