Ordered on 20th July, was told it would be delivered 23 July. Today’s July 29, at 1736hrs. and still not received. I was hoping the other delivery issues reported by others would not happen to me. Obviously disappointing
Hi John, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately once the package leaves our warehouse, we don't have control over the shipment as it is in the carrier's hands. We were not notified by UPS that your order was lost in transit - they typically notify us via a letter in the mail.
We'll file a claim with UPS for the lost package and will follow up with you once we hear back. They may be able to find the package and have it delievered. In the event that they can't find it, we will have your order reshipped.

Makes a great cocktail! This is very potent so if you’re using it for the first time, I would use half of the recommended amount and then add until you get your proper taste. A little bit of this goes a long way. This bottle is gonna last for a while!!
We have been using the "other" cocktail syrup for years-- they are good but a little pricey and are regularly out of syrups. Smokeshow does not disappoint. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how good the old fashioned syrup is. It uses less syrup so you get more cocktails. And it's really good!!! We'll be ordering more and hope they make other flavors!

So far I’ve made about 20-25 old fashioneds with this kit. I made a couple adjustments on the syrup to whisky ratio in the beginning, which also can be adjusted depending on which whiskey you’re using. I did an old fashioned get together at my house and used the kit. Used the cherry “dust” and added a couple extra drops of cherry bitters and Orange bitters. Every time I’ve made some old fashioneds with this syrup, they’ve come out amazing. Highly recommend! And have fun changing it up a little with some of your own concoctions!
