Delicious! I always have made my old fashioned Cherry heavy and recently I have been trying to do less sugar but just didn't like the taste. This flavor mix is great .We always have Irish whiskey in the house and the result was perfect
I ordered this product before Valentines Day and it was returned to the loading dock by UPS. I did the claim process and it said I would be refunded and never was. Poor customer service for no delivery of product or refund.

I completely understand why you are frustrated.
I actually sent you an email on February 11th to ask if you wanted a refund or a replacement.
Unfortunately, UPS did not reach out to us prior to us receiving the damaged package at our facility.
We are now using a new system to help us catch these delivery issues much faster. Please give us a chance to make this right for you.
