My first

It’s easy to do. But wish the torch would work in a downward position as mine goes out. Having to tip it it then burns the wood of the piece over your drink. The butane come with like a ring of six tips and no idea what one to use. Would be great to know as they sent all the stuff you’re using. And have to try each one wondering how to fill the torch without wasting your fuel . Still scratching my head as why!!!!!!

I used it as soon as it arrived. It is as advertised. The looks are very professional and I expect it to last forever. I followed directions and had a cherry smoked Woodford reserve. Wonderful. I need to get the bourbon barrel chips that sound like they would be a good choice as well. This is much better than getting a smoked drink at a bar or restaurant.

I like the product a lot, but dinged one star because there was not a box sent with all the components, just a note apologizing for no box.

Dissapointed

It appeared like the box had been opened and repacked like it might have been a return. The individual items were new and didn't appear to have been used. Although the brush was frayed. The smoker is well built and good quality. The real disappointment was the torch. It seems to leak and the fill gage does not register. I filled it per the instructions and the video but after numerous attemps I'm only able to smoke one or two drinks. Botom line it's not up to the hype on the video ad and not worth the premium price.

The packaging for the Starter Bundle is intended to keep it safe during shipment, but occasionally carriers might not be the most careful with the packages. We are working on changing the packaging to prevent the cardboard from ripping in transit, as we noticed the piece holding the torch is not strong enough to keep it in place.

As for the torch, please send us a video of the problem. This will allows us to better assist you and we will send the video to our manufacturer for warranty purposes. Once we have this, we can move forward with next steps.
